Letter to the Editor

Stories are a powerful advocacy tool. They can change people’s hearts and minds.

Share your story in a Letter to the Editor

Have you been evicted? Been turned away from a shelter? Worried about your safety and the safety of your family because of your housing situation? Had to spend more than you can afford for housing that doesn’t even meet your basic needs?

You are not alone. These are the realities facing thousands of women, girls and gender- diverse people across Canada living through the national housing crisis. But it’s a reality that’s hidden in the statistics and often without voice in the media or in the places decisions are made about housing.

If you knew it would help get more housing built for women and gender-diverse people, would you consider sharing your story?
